Maintexx Interiors and General Maintenance LLC – SPC is an interior design and fit-out company based in Musaffah 2, Abu Dhabi. We fit out offices, retail stores, supermarkets, commercial units and warehouses, and we focus on fit-out only, so it gets our full attention.
Our own team handles the site survey, space planning, 2D and 3D design, authority approval drawings, civil and MEP works, glass and aluminium, joinery, upholstery, furniture and signage. That means one contract, one programme and one team responsible from bare shell to handover.

Most fit-out delays come from juggling subcontractors. We keep the key trades in-house: authority approvals, civil and MEP works (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire), custom joinery and upholstery from our own production facility, glass and aluminium partitions and shopfronts, plus furniture and signage to finish the space.
Taking a bare unit? You'll usually need a Cat A plus Cat B, or simply a turnkey fit-out. Upgrading an existing space? Renovation and modification is the right fit. Here's how they compare.

Cat A turns a shell & core unit into a basic usable space with ceilings, floors, lighting, HVAC, fire systems and washrooms. Cat B builds on that with your layout, partitions, meeting rooms, finishes, joinery, furniture and branding. A turnkey fit-out covers both, plus design and approvals, under one contract.
A small office or shop can take a few weeks once approvals are in place; larger offices, supermarkets and warehouses take longer and are often phased. We confirm the full programme, including approval time, in writing after the site visit.
Yes. For live offices and trading stores we plan works in phases and can schedule night and weekend shifts, with dust and noise control, so your business keeps running.
