Industrial Mezzanine Floor Engineering and High-Density Structural Calculations

A mezzanine can nearly double your usable floor without moving. Storage mezzanines are typically designed for imposed loads of around 3.5 to 7.5 kN/m² depending on what sits on them, and every one we build comes with structural calculations prepared and stamped by a licensed structural engineer. We check the existing slab and column loads, design the steel, add stairs, handrails, pallet gates and fire protection, and submit it for approval.

Cold stores and pharmaceutical warehouses can't afford a bad week. When we modify them, we keep the cold chain intact by working zone by zone, protecting stock, and planning power shutdowns down to the hour. Comprehensive Heavy-Duty Racking Layouts, Epoxy Flooring, and MEP Grid Integration

Racking, floor and services have to be planned together. Aisle width depends on your forklifts: wide aisles for counterbalance trucks, narrower for reach trucks, very narrow for VNA. The floor must be flat and strong enough for the racking point loads, and epoxy or PU coatings keep dust down and lines visible. Lights, sprinklers and cable trays are then set out over the aisles, not over the racks, so nothing clashes.
